FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of buildings and structures with a pile foundation on weak soils by the method of piercing piles of factory manufacturing into the ground. Method of pile-slab foundation by pressing piles with a step in the ground includes the installation of a base plate with holes for the piles, rigid attachment of the punching module with a hydraulic drive to the base plate, and then pressing the pile into the ground. At first, vacuum elastic casings with check valves are laid on the surface of the ground and a monolithic reinforced concrete slab of the power floor is laid with tapered holes arranged in steps proportional to the section of the pile. Rigidly attached to the power floor hydraulic punching module with a horizontal grip, then evacuate the elastic casings to a degree of dilution of 1.5–2 bar and the pile is fed into the horizontal gripper and pressed into the ground through an opening in the power floor plate at a constant speed, with the possibility of transferring the force of indentation to the reinforced concrete floor plate of the power floor.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the weight and dimensions of the pill pressing installation, reducing material and labor costs in the device plate.
