Functional food egg product contains a protein coagulated grains from an egg obtained on the basis of biofiltration in the process of growing chickens, dry egg shell powder, dry powder of brown algae with an organic iodine content of not less than 170 mg / 100 g, solution of citric acid 5 %, salt, table salt and water with the following ratio of components, mass parts: egg white – 92.0–94.0; citric acid solution 5 % – 2.2–2.6; table salt – 0.75–0.85; dry powder of brown algae with an organic iodine content of not less than 170 mg/100 g – 0.3–0.6; dry egg shell powder with an organic calcium content of at least 70 % – 0.5–2.0 and water – 1–3.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to correct the imbalance in the supply of consumers with a deficiency of calcium and iodine deficiency.
