FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring technology and is intended for use in environmental monitoring systems and technological processes. When sampling, samples are taken in packets by m samples with delays τν from the first one , a sequence of N sample packets is recorded or transmitted to a communication channel. During recovery, from the sequence with the sample packets m sequences of single samples are formed {x(k)}, delayed by the time interval τν(τ1=0) from the first, by a discrete Fourier transformation, the spectrum X*v(n) is calculated with aliasing of each of the sequences {xν(k)} by the formula

where for each of the frequencies ω=ωd/T of unknown spectrum the sums of the aliasing frequency harmonics weighted by delays are formed by equation

from which a system of linear algebraic equations is formed with respect to unknown components of harmonics , (-m≤i≤m), , , by the solution of the system, the unknowns are determined, the inverse Fourier transformation is used to recover the continuous signal x(t) by the formula

EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the signal spectrum.
