SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular, to a liquid medicinal composition of an antithrombotic action containing apixaban and a carrier. Carrier in the liquid composition is a non-ionic surfactant, a hydrophilic polymer, a polyhydric alcohol, polyethylene glycol and an ionic surfactant. Liquid medicinal composition is characterised by the degree of solubility of apixaban in the carrier at least 0.50 mg / ml.
EFFECT: implementation of the invention makes it possible to obtain a liquid composition with a desired concentration of apixaban in the desired dosage and in acceptable volumes that can be accurately measured and conveniently administered.
