FIELD: biomechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of immunochemistry and biomechanics and can be used in the intermolecular interactions strength studying in the “antigen-antibody”, “ligand-receptor” systems using the optical tweezers. Method of the intermolecular interaction in the “functionalized polystyrene microsphere – a functionalized glass substrate” model system quantitative characterization by the optical trap method involves the microspheres surface functionalization with the lipopolysaccharide and the glass substrate with antibody molecules surface by the amino-modification method, the optical tweezers calibration procedure, piezo table stepwise vertical bringing-in and subsequent bringing-out in the opposite direction with a step of 50 nm procedure to record the microsphere from the glass substrate surface detachment strength and the detachment forces recording data statistical processing.
EFFECT: invention allows to achieve the detachment forces determining high reproducibility in combination with the rapidity on the basis of the optical trap method.
