SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with detecting affinity in binding- partners either according to their relation to each other or property of one affinity- dependent binding-partner. The method in question consists of the following stages: one should bring binding-partners in contact: one of them is immobilized on the surface; the surface is made to have vibration at increasing amplitude to register dissociation phenomenon. The similar method could be used to isolate desired analyte out of composition. Device to detect affinity of binding-partners consists of a surface with one immobilized binding-partner, means to induce surface vibration at increasing amplitude and device to register dissociation phenomenon.
