SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and relates to method for determining the FC function of human immunoglobulin preparations based on the complement fixation reaction, in which the degree of hemolysis of rabbit erythrocyte-sensitized rabbits in the main system, including solutions of immunoglobulin, antigen, complement, and a control system containing solutions of immunoglobulin, PS (physiological solution) and complement; the difference in degrees of hemolysis in the main and control systems is determined, FC function index is calculated by dividing the difference in hemolysis degrees in two systems for the test preparation by the difference in degrees of hemolysis in the two systems for the reference solution with the known value of the FC function index.

EFFECT: invention allows to perform a method for determining the FC function of human immunoglobulin preparations without using complex instrumentation, and the simplicity in interpreting the results.
