SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio communication and is intended for the audio signal encoding, processing and decoding to obtain the audio signal reconstructed envelope. Device comprises the signal envelope re-constructor for the reconstructed envelope generating. Signal envelope re-constructor is configured to generate the audio signal reconstructed envelope so, that one or more of the dividing points divide the audio signal reconstructed envelope into two or more signal envelope segments. Assignment rule determines the signal envelope segment value for each signal envelope segment from the two or more signal envelope segments, depending on the said signal envelope segment. In addition, the envelope re-constructor is configured to generate the audio signal reconstructed envelope so, that for each of the two or more signal envelope segments, this envelope signal segment absolute value is greater than the envelope signal segment half the absolute value of each of the other signal envelope segments.
EFFECT: technical result is provision of the improved concepts for the audio signal envelope encoding and decoding and obtaining the audio signal smooth and accurate spectral envelope.
