FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power machine engineering, namely to volume displacement hydraulic machines with rotating working bodies, in particular rotary blowers. Supercharger comprises body 1 and gear rotors 4, 5 mounted therein. Rotors 4, 5 are manufactured by 3D printing on a 3D printer and are made with internal cavities formed by mutually intersecting longitudinal and transverse ribs. Transverse ribs are perpendicular to the axis of rotor 4, 5 or at an angle to it and with a pitch of not less than 5 ribs thickness. Internal cavities formed by the longitudinal ribs have the shape of a cylinder sector or the shape of a triangular or hexagonal prism.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at ensuring the strength of gear rotors and the accuracy of their manufacture.
