FIELD: biotechnology; medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and biotechnology and discloses a method for producing a nutrient medium. Proposed method comprises the following stages. Prepare heart and brain extracts. Next, mix No. 1 is prepared by dissolving 100 mg of L-glutamine in distilled water, 1 mg of adenine, 200 mg of para-aminobenzoic acid, 11 mg of L-cystine, 2.5 mg of nicotinamide, 260.0 mg of hydrochloric acid cysteine, 500.0 mg of potassium nitrate. Then, 15.0 g of agar-agar is dissolved in distilled water, add to it 10.0 g of peptone, 2.0 g of glucose, 5.0 g of sodium chloride, 2.5 g of phosphoric acid di-substituted sodium, obtaining mixture No. 2. After that, mixture No. 1 is added to the mixture No. 2, 100 ml of cerebral and 150 ml of heart extracts, 4 ml of a 1 % solution of hemin. pH of the obtained cardiovascular agar was adjusted to 7.4±0.2. Pour the resulting composition into vials. To prepare Petri dishes, agar-agar of the obtained composition is melted, 1 % menadione solution and hemolyzed blood are added to its contents.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the spectrum of clinically significant microorganisms, including aerobic, microaerophilic and anaerobic pathogens, isolated from the blood, and can be used in the diagnosis of blood flow infection.
