FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: oxide wear-resistant coating on the surface of aluminium alloy, produced by microarc oxidation, contains stable and unstable alumina modifications in its composition. It contains high-strength phases of silicon dioxide SiO2 in the form of stishovite, trisodium and/or cristobalite coesite, with a total content of 1 to 40%.
EFFECT: increasing wear-resistance, microhardness and heat-insulating properties of an oxide layer.
