FIELD: devices for spraying liquids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of liquids. Pneumatic nozzle with a screw conical swirler contains a body and a coaxially disposed and rigidly connected to it in the upper part a fitting with an inlet cylindrical hole connected to the diffuser, which is axially symmetric in the body. Perforated disk is placed on the diffuser section. In the lower part of the housing, there is an axially symmetric housing with a nozzle with at least three protrusions centering it in an axial cylindrical chamber. Nozzle is made with a central hole, on the inner surface of which a screw thread is made. Between the perforated disk and the nozzle there is a hollow helical conical swirler with a screw thread. Nozzle is pressed against the atomizer body by a threaded washer with a central confuser. To the threaded washer with the central confuser is attached sprayer, made in the form of a cylindrical sleeve, the inner central hole of which is located axially symmetrical to the nozzle body. Diameter of the bushing hole is equal to the diameter of the outlet of the central confuser. Perpendicular to the axis of the atomizer in the cylindrical sleeve is a tube for supplying gas at a distance from the end face of the threaded washer with a central confuser equal to not more than the diameter of the outlet of the central confuser.

EFFECT: higher quality of spraying liquid, efficiency of the atomizer, reduced hydraulic losses.
