FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to wet dust collection and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for purification of gases. Centrifugal gas scrubber contains a housing, a branch pipe for the injection of dusty gas, a branch pipe for the outlet of purified gas, an spraying device and a mud collector. Spraying device is made in the form of at least three water collectors, on each of which fixed at least nozzles for spraying the walls of the housing and its central part. Each of the nozzles comprises a body and, coaxially disposed, and rigidly connected thereto in the upper part, a fitting with an inlet cylindrical bore connected to a diffuser, which is axially symmetric in the housing, on which a perforated disk is disposed. In the lower part of the housing, there is an axially symmetric housing with a nozzle with at least three protrusions centering it in an axial cylindrical chamber. Nozzle is made with a central hole, on the inner surface of which a screw thread is made. Between the perforated disk and the nozzle there is a hollow helical cone swirler with a screw thread, while the nozzle is pressed against the nozzle body by a threaded washer with a central confuser.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process.
