FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and can be used to store fresh meat of slaughter animals and poultry. Preservative meat processing is conducted. Molten at +60–70 °C 9–10 % beeswax is used as preservative, which is poured to meat after packing into containers at the rate of 9.5–10 % to the meat weight.
EFFECT: quality of canned meat is improved with preservation of nutrients: enzymes, amino acids, with additional source of vitamin A and bactericidal protection.
