FIELD: rocket construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rocket construction and can be used in the development and manufacture of rocket engines with nozzles of a large degree of expansion for the upper stages of rockets and spacecraft. Sliding nozzle of the rocket engine contains a stationary bell and a shiftable nozzle, mounted on the shifted nozzle, spring-loaded fasteners of the extended position, the nozzle with the profiled end part and the corresponding annular groove on the outer surface of the stationary bell. Fixators are made in the form of plates, installed in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the nozzle, in the corresponding grooves of the shifted nozzle. Profile of the end part of the fasteners is made in the form of two conical surfaces intersecting along a small diameter. Angle of the half-solution of the conical surface facing the wide end towards the cutoff side of the nozzle satisfies the condition protected by the present invention. Second tapered surface coincides with the corresponding surface of the annular groove on the outer surface of the fixed bell and the angle of its half-solution satisfies the condition protected by the present invention.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the mass of the nozzle and increase its reliability.
