FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Damper comprises cylinder with bottom, in which there is a piston. Piston consists of parallel disks, rigidly connected to each other by a rod. Disks are installed with reference to internal surface of the housing with a clearance, and between them the frictional material is placed. Elastic element rests on the lower disc. Cavity between the piston and bottom of the damper housing is filled with a frictional material, e.g., mesh texture elements. Upper disk loads the bottom surface of the disk-type elastic element. Force closure of the elastic element with a damper is provided by three springs evenly located between the lower disc of the piston and the bottom of the damper housing. Each spring is made in the form of a helical conical spring of equal frequency or in the form of a disk spring and is covered with polyurethane. For fixing of the piston in the damper housing the lock ring fixed in the groove of the internal surface of the housing cylinder is provisioned. Lock element contacts to the upper disk and keeps the piston in an initial condition.
EFFECT: enabling the vibration isolation in resonance mode increased efficiency.
