FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Artificial heart valve includes a stent containing three flaps attached to it and compressed into a compressed state in which it is inserted into the body through a minimally invasive procedure. Stent has an annular body with an inlet and an outlet and defines three arched elements in height, each of which contains an arc and a pair of half-hearted, passing from opposite sides of the arc, with three commissural racks formed by the half-arches of adjacent arched elements. Each leaf has a fastening edge and a free edge with an inner part extending between the free edge and the fixing edge. Valves are movable between the open state and the closed state. Leaflets are made of a polymeric material and are attached to the stent with the covering of the arched elements, that the mounting edge of each leaf is permanently fixed along the length of the arch member. Arched form is defined by the parametric curve and its mirror image along the z-axis, which wraps around the cylinder having the diameter of the artificial heart valve. Parametric curve is given by the function A(x)=(1-x)3P0+3(1-x)2×P1+3(1-x)x2P2+x3P3, where P0-P3 are reference points, where P0 and P3 are selected based on the diameter and height of the artificial heart valve, and where P1 is selected from the range 0≤P1z≤H, and P2 is selected from the range 0≤P2x≤πD/6, where H is the height and D is the diameter of the artificial heart valve. Stent and valve leaf are exposed.
EFFECT: technical result consists of minimally invasive valve implantation.
