SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically an antigen-binding fragment (Fab) for serum albumin (SA), which can be used in medicine. Antigen-binding fragment (Fab) and a hybrid structure from the antigen-binding fragment are obtained, which are used in a method for increasing expression in the soluble form of a biologically active protein, and also in a method for increasing the half-life of a biologically active protein.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the half-life of serum and expression in the soluble form of the effector component.
