SUBSTANCE: invention relates to intermediate bearing (6) for a cardan drive transmission of a motor vehicle. Intermediate bearing (6) comprises elastic bearing housing (11), in which opening (12) is provided disposed in opening (12), support ring (13) which has mounting seat (14) for mounting rolling bearing (15), mounting seat (14) defining a longitudinal axis (X) and two spacing washers (16, 17) spaced apart from each other, which respectively have central hole (18) for mounting drive component (19, 20). Support ring (13) is located between both sealing washers (16, 17). Sealing washers (16, 17) have, respectively, a groove extending concentrically with respect to the longitudinal axis (X). Support ring (13) engages both grooves of sealing washers (16, 17), which at least are formed with a double wall. With the help of sealing washers (16, 17), a labyrinth seal is made in the groove area and grooved support ring (13) to seal installation socket (14).
EFFECT: production easily manufactured, well sealed and protected from dirt, water and the like intermediate bearing.
