FIELD: antenna equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna equipment. Passive antenna system consists of ultra-wideband spiral antennas, that are structurally a combination of a flat and hemispherical bilifar helixes on a dielectric casing. Antennas are placed on a metal stationary cone ring located in a free section of the interior volume of the transparent radome, near its walls, coaxial with it and behind the pumping zone of an active antenna system, while in a receiver of the passive system, the correlation-extreme method of signal processing is applied.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the effect of the electromagnetic field distorted by the radome on the basic technical specifications of a direction finder, in the extension of the operating band of carrier frequencies and in obtaining a stable direction-finding characteristic in the working angular angle of view of not less than 60° and with the required accuracy of direction finding.
