FIELD: data processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the documents digitizing method, electronic archive and machine-readable medium. Method consists of the stages: in the documents digitizing server, documents are received for processing, fragments generation unit divides the original document into plurality of constituent fragments, the generated fragments are placed into the encoding database (DB), each fragment is assigned with the fragment identifier, in the encoding DB creating the source document encoding table, in which the corresponding fragment identifier and to which document each fragment belongs to indication are stored, sending each fragment for processing to the external system operator's automated workstation (AWS), receiving the fragments processing results in the XML format, under condition of all original fragments components processing, performing the returned fragments processing results automatic assembly into the single record using the coding table in the DB.

EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling of the documents digitization, to which additional confidentiality requirements are imposed.
