SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to technologies for encoding/decoding an image with a depth effect. Method for decoding three-dimensional video is proposed. Method comprises the step of receiving the residual information of the current block in the image with the depth effect from the bitstream. Further, according to the method, the disparity value of the current block in the image with the depth effect based on the reference view is obtained. And also the motion information of the current block in the image with the effect of depth is extracted based on the disparity value, and a prediction sample of the current block based on the motion information is formed.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency of encoding/decoding of three-dimensional video.
