FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for converting electric energy of a direct current, in particular to the power supply devices of the radio transmitter provided with an output microwave device, such as a magnetron, a TWT klystron, a BWT, and others. High-voltage power supply device of the radio transmitter contains an output microwave device, a DC power supply source, a key unit, a control device, power supply of control circuits, current sensor and N electric power conversion devices, each of which contains a bridge resonant converter, high-frequency transformer, rectifier and filter, in addition, capacitive storage, high voltage pulse transformer and N-1 current sensors, wherein the current sensor is connected to each of the electric power conversion devices and one of its outputs is connected to one of the control inputs of the bridge resonant converter of the same electric power conversion device, and in each bridge resonant converter are additionally introduced: a two-stroke inverter, an inverter control device, a voltage sensor, a bridge converter current sensor, a choke, a capacitor and a multiplier, the first input of the multiplier connected to the third terminal of the voltage sensor, and the second input of the multiplying unit is connected to the third terminal of the current sensor of the bridge resonant converter, the third terminal of the multiplier connected to the first input of the adder. Output of the adder is connected in series with the integrator, comparator, R-input of the RS-flip-flop, S-input of which is connected to the clock output and counting input of the counting flip-flop, and the output of the RS-flip-flop is connected to the first inputs of the two logic elements AND. Paraphase outputs of the counting flip-flop are connected to the second inputs of two AND gates whose outputs are connected to the corresponding inputs of the push-pull inverter. Power output of the key block, interwinding screens of high-frequency transformers and second filter terminals of the first and second electric power conversion devices, and the second filter leads of the other electrical power conversion devices are connected to the winding screens of the high-frequency transformers included in the same electrical energy conversion devices, and with the first outputs of previous devices for converting electrical energy.
EFFECT: increase in stability and decrease in the level of harmonic components in the Doppler frequency range of the output voltage.
