SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for minimizing the transmission of unnecessary indication of a failure of a user equipment (UE) operating on a network that supports a double connectivity operation. Method in the UE comprises the steps of: detecting a secondary cell group failure (SCG) for the UE in response to detecting one of a plurality of SCG failure start events, transmitting a failure indication message of the UE in response to the detected SCG failure and refraining from transmitting additional failure indication instructions of the UE in response to the SCG failure start events until the transmission of additional UE failure indication messages is re-enabled.
EFFECT: technical result is to minimize the transmission of excessive indication of failure of the UE.
