FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. A thermal-oxide coating for titanium implants, modified by silver ions, which can be used for manufacturing post type and transosteal implants for external osteosynthesis with an oxide biointegrated coating. Thermal-oxide coating, consisting of a mixture of metal (Cr, Ni, Fe, Ti) oxides, included in an alloy composition, is made with silver ions at following component ratio: mixture of metal (Cr, Ni, Fe, Ti) oxides included in an alloy composition: from 94 to 97 %, silver ions: from 3 to 6 %.
EFFECT: coating for implants has antiseptic properties.
