FIELD: orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to orthopedics of the musculoskeletal system; it can be used for the production of biocompatible and bioactive layered coatings on metal endoprostheses. A method for the production of combined metal-ceramic coatings on a surface of endoprostheses made of a titanium alloy BT-6 is described, in which, firstly, a transition layer of biocompatible metal – zirconium (Zr) is applied, and then, layers of biocompatible Zr and ceramics ZrO2 are applied, regulating the ratio of components in each layer with modes of ion-plasma precipitation, while a thickness of each metal layer is 10 nm, a thickness of a ceramic layer is 100 nm, followed by gas-thermal application of bioactive and porous metal-ceramic layers ZrO2+HA+(NH4)2HPO4, regulating the ratio of components in each layer so that an upper layer is a composition of 95% HA+5% (NH4)2HPO4, followed by ion-plasma sintering of the resulting surface compositions and evaporation of pore-forming elements, while, before application of combined coatings, cold surface-plastic deformation (CSPD), ion polishing of the entire surface of the endoprosthesis, and jet-abrasive treatment of the surface to be applied with bioactive coating are performed.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in strength, plasticity, and bioactivity of coating.
