High load capacity monorail beam has upper and lower shelves. At that, the monorail beam one or both shelves have stamped metal cover plates. Cover plates have hat shape. Cover plates are connected to the shelves by means of welded seams. Welded seam is performed from copper plated wire under the gas environment. Corner weld fillet is equal to or greater than the cover plate profile central part thickness. Cover plate profile central part thickness corresponds to the shelves profile edge parts thickness.

EFFECT: as a result, the monorail beam provides reliability, durability and high load-bearing capacity at low weight, it is simple in manufacturing, installation and repair.
