SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics for foot reconstruction. Method comprises wave-like dissection of skin and subcutaneous tissue during dilution of toes, formation of interdigital spaces with skin-subcutaneous grafts from the rear and the plantar side of the foot. At base of fused toes, triangular cutaneous and subcutaneous grafts are cut out, while maintaining the feeding leg. Make undulating cut of the skin and subcutaneous tissue on the rear and the sole between the fused toes. Suture triangular cutaneous-subcutaneous flaps, forming interdigital spaces. On edges of the cutaneous wound superimposed suturing. Defect of the skin is closed with a split skin flap with a thicKpess of 0.3–0.5 mm overlap.

EFFECT: method prevents formation of coarse linear constrictive scars.
