FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: fastening element has an annular main body on which an annular element is articulated such that said annular element engages around the projection in an assembled state. Wherein the annular element has an annular first wall section which is articulated on the main body via a first mounting region, and an annular second wall section which is articulated on the first wall section via a second mounting region. Wherein the two wall regions are preferably resiliently connected to one another and enclose a free space between them. Wherein the first wall region is connected resiliently to the main body. Wherein the first wall section is widened, and the width of the gap between the inner surface of the main body and the first wall section is reduced, when the fastening element is placed on the projection of a syringe or carpule so that the annular element is pushed together quasi accordion-like while placing the fastening element on said projection.
EFFECT: invention relates to medical equipment, in particular to fastening elements for fixing an attachment element to the projection of a syringe or carpule, having at least one protrusion.
