FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the integration of vacuum distillation and solvent deasphalting to increase fuel production. Described is a method of recycling unconverted oil obtained at the output of a hydrocracking unit, comprising: supplying atmospheric residues, which are residues from the distillation unit, to a vacuum distillation unit at 370-520°C; obtaining vacuum residues, which are hydrocarbons, the boiling points of which exceed the range of boiling points of gas oil obtained at the output of the vacuum distillation unit; supplying vacuum residues to the solvent deasphalting unit and obtaining deasphalted hydrocarbon products; supplying deasphalted hydrocarbon products to a hydrocracking unit to obtain unconverted oil and hydrocarbon products; supplying unconverted oil to the vacuum fractionating evaporator and obtaining a vacuum distillate and a bottom fraction of the vacuum distillate; and supplying the lower fraction of the vacuum distillate to the solvent deasphalting unit.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the overall yield of valuable motor fuels derived from residues, and an increase in the profitability of the entire production.
