FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sealed insulating glass unit and a method for manufacturing such sealed insulating glass unit. Above sealed insulating glass unit consists of the first and second glass substrates, arranged parallel to each other and at a certain distance from each other. On the perimeter of the substrates, frit-based edge insulation is applied. Frit contains, in wt%: vanadium oxide 50–60, barium oxide 27–33, zinc oxide 9–12, Nb2O5 1–8. Sealing is carried out by melting frit at a temperature not exceeding 375 °C.
EFFECT: sealed insulating glass unit is proposed.
