SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and may be applicable to stop bleeding in gun wounds of the parenchymal organs of the abdominal cavity. Conduct a tamponade of the wound with a liquid haemostatic material, which is introduced into the wound channel through a catheter placed in the entrance of the wounded organ to the entire depth of the wound; as wound channel is filled with liquid haemostatic material, the catheter is pulled up to the inlet and removed after completion of the filling.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the risk of secondary bleeding, hematomas, abscesses.
