SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and may be applicable for the surgical treatment of patients with severe injuries of the liver. Extensive deep wound is tamped with the Surgitamp hemostatic material impregnated with Molselect powder, and pulled with strips of polypropylene mesh endoprosthesis in the transverse and longitudinal directions, while the edges of the endoprosthesis are sewed together with polypropylene monofilament.
EFFECT: method allows to stop the bleeding, to prevent the risk of functional liver failure.
