FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: surgical treatment of the wound should be conducted. Nonviable tissues should be removed and resected. Yawning vessels and bile ducts of the wound should be sutured and tightened. Alloimpant should be sutured up with multiple sutures. Moreover, wound's edges should be taken nearer and squeezed with a strip of prolene netting. Its width is 2-3 cm larger against the length of wound's defect. Netting should be applied upon diaphragmatic hepatic surface. Strip is sutured up by taking wound's edges for the distance of 5 cm against wound's edges, not less.
