FIELD: cooling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liquid cooling means of a plasma torch. Claimed invention provides for the use of an electrode comprising a body having a longitudinal axis that defines a first end, a second end and a middle portion. Electrode includes a first sealing member disposed on the outside of the body adjacent to the first end; second sealing element located on the outside of the body and located in the middle part, the second sealing element being formed in such a way, so that it creates a first seal ensuring sealing against the gas relative to the vortex gas chamber and forms part of the vortex gas chamber. Third sealing element located on the outside of the body is between the second sealing element and the second end, so that it creates a second seal ensuring sealing against the gas relative to the vortex gas chamber and forms part of the vortex gas chamber.
EFFECT: means of liquid cooling of the plasma torch is proposed.
