FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for clonal micropropagation of the Manchurian floristic region endemic Aristolochia manshuriensis Kom., including isolation of apical and lateral buds, sterilization with sodium hypochlorite (exposure is 7-10 min), planting on MS nutrient media supplemented with 0.8 mg/l of 6-VAR and 0.05 mg/l of IAA, microshoots multiplication, their subsequent rooting on 1/2 MS medium containing 20 mg/l of sucrose and IBA at a concentration of 3-5 mg/l, adapting the plant regenerants to ex vitro conditions by planting on a mixture of sand, peat and soddy leaf ground in a ratio of 1:1:1, pre-sterilized at 85-90°C for 1-2 hours.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the yield of regenerating plants to more than 150 thousand seedlings per year.
