FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention is a method for clonal micro propagation of Codonopsis lanceolata (Siebold. & Zucc.) Benth. & Hook. Fil., Including a separation of anaxillary meristems, sterilization with sodium hypochlorite (exposure for 10 minutes), MS (Murashige and Skoog) with addition of 0.5 mg/l of 6-BAP and 0.05 mg/l of IAA are deposited on nutrient media, propagation of micripings, their subsequent rooting on medium MS containing 20 mg/l of sucrose and IAA in concentration of 0.5–1 mg/l, adaptation of plants-regenerants to conditions ex vitro by means of sand, peat and turfy earth deposition on mixture in ratio 1:1:1, pre-sterilized at 85–90 °C for 1–2 h.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a high multiplication factor and, as a consequence, the required number of seedlings.
