FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the internal combustion engines. Method for forming the heat-shielding film consists in forming an anodic oxide film having an upper surface, equipped with pores formed thereon, by anodizing the portion constituting the combustion chamber of the engine. First silicon oxide film is formed by applying, on the top surface of an anodic oxide film, a pore-sealing substance of a dissolving type, including polysilazane and an organic solvent, and by polymerisation of polysilazane, meaning removal of the organic solvent of the first pore sealant. Second silicon oxide film is formed by applying to the upper surface of the first silicon oxide film and the second pore sealant of a non-dissolving type. Second pore-tightening non-solvent type substance includes an alkoxysilane compound, or a partially hydrolysed condensate thereof, and by polymerizing at least one of the alkoxysilane compound and its partially hydrolysed condensate. Alkoxysilane compound is represented by the chemical formula R1nSi(OR2)4-n, where R1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, R2 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms and n is an integer from 0 to 3.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improving the heat-shielding properties of the anodic oxide film by blocking at least the open-hole openings.
