FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a medical technique, in particular to a clad assembly for a drug delivery device. In this case, the sheath assembly comprises a drug delivery device, at least one first shell section provided with an inlet passage disposed at a proximal end of said shell section, wherein at least one cladding section is configured such that at least most of the drug delivery device introduced through the inlet passage is located within at least one first section of the cladding to cover an element disposed in operation with respect to at least one first section of the shell with the possibility of closing the passage, and fixing elements for fixing the drug delivery device with respect to at least one first section of the sheath and the closure member.
EFFECT: apparatus for a drug delivery device is provided.
