SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental biology and medicine. Method is proposed for obtaining samples of cholera vibrio biofilms for investigation by transmission electron microscopy, including cultivation of biofilms in the suspension of the test strain on the surface of substratum substrate films for at least 5 days at a temperature of 22 °C. Form-base film-substrates are placed on copper support meshes for the transmission electron microscope, which are attached to the slide. Biofilms fix, contrast. Substrate with samples of biofilms is air dried, the mesh is separated from the slide and the samples are examined in an electron microscope.

EFFECT: method provides obtaining informative samples of biofilms of cholera vibrios.
