FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building, namely to the gearbox technical condition determination, and can be used in the power gears testing under various loading and lubrication conditions. Gear sliding friction coefficient determination method is in that on the tested gearbox bench measuring the mechanical system driving electric motor electric parameters with loading. At that, first of all, by the frequency converter setting the electric motor angular rotation speed, then applying the stable load to the gearbox driven shaft, performed by the TC mechanical shoe brake lever system with the specified loads, acting on the asynchronous short-circuited electric motor through the gear mechanism kinematic connection. Next, measuring the consumed current and voltage using the precision instruments of the 0.5 class, from the stator two phases, which readings are processed by the 1113PV1 type analog-to-digital converter, and the friction coefficients in engagement calculation is performed on the PC using the given in the description formula.
EFFECT: expansion of technological possibilities due to the sliding friction coefficient determination possibility in the gearing engagement to assess the lubrication material (LM) performance with various admixtures and additives in order to predict the mechanical tribosystem wear resistance and durability.
