FIELD: medicine; biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and medicine. Method for immobilizing an enzyme, subtilisin-like proteinase, produced by a bacterium strain of the genus Bacillus of the species Bacillus sp. 7P / 3-19, on the instrument is proposed. Clean mechanically the surface of the instrument, degrease and sterilize. Then immerse the instrument in a solution of polyallylamine hydrochloride (PAH) for 30–40 minutes, wash with physiological solution. Then immerse the instrument in an aqueous solution of polystyrene sulfonate (PSS) for 30–40 minutes, wash with physiological solution and immers in a solution of PAH for 30–40 minutes. Then immerse the instrument with a modified surface in the enzyme solution, keep for 30–40 minutes, wash with physiological solution. Next, dip the instrument in a solution of PAH for 30–40 minutes, wash with physiological solution. Then the dip instrument into the enzyme solution for 30–40 minutes, washed with physiological solution. Enzyme is fixed on the instrument by successively applying protective layers of PAH and PSS. After that, dry the instrument in a sterile atmosphere for 1 hour.

EFFECT: invention can be used to immobilize subtilisin-like proteinase on medical instruments to prevent thrombus formation during execution, for example, operations on the introduction of drugs into the circulatory system of the patient, with blood transfusion.
