Claimed strain is obtained from initial strain of bacteria Bacillus pumilus 3-19 by inactivation of gene of major serine protease on chromosome.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to extend assortment of bacteria stains, applied as recipient with low proteolytic activity in production of heterologous proteins.
