FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a polyurethane composition and can be used as coatings of metal structures experiencing increased vibration loads, as well as coatings for the hulls of vehicles, ships, engines, etc. Polyurethane composition contains component A based on the prepolymer SCU-PFL-100 with 5.3–6.4 % isocyanate groups including dibutyl phthalate and filler and an amine-containing component B. As a filler, the composition comprises a mixture of carbon black P-803, aerosil and microspheres or without microspheres, taken in the ratio 1:2:1, respectively. Component A and component B before use are mixed with each other in a ratio, mass parts: 2.95–4.67:1, respectively.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the level of deformation capacity over a wide range of temperatures.
