SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sector of a pattern of a sector vulcanization mold for tires of vehicles, the shaping zone of which forms a sector of the tire tread pattern to be vulcanized, comprising the following steps: manufacturing of the hard sector of the model, the milling of a print of the tread pattern in a similar tire cover of the tread of the sector of the model to obtain a reference model, the production of a flexible impression from a reference model, preferably of silicone rubber, the manufacture of a rigid gypsum cast from an impression, preferably of silicone rubber, to form a casting core sector, casting of all annular co-located casting core sectors using an aluminum-magnesium alloy to produce a vulcanization mold, which is then further divided into individual sectors of the pattern. On the protector of the sector of the model, a plasma coating is applied, in which the imprint of the tread pattern is then milled to obtain a reference model, the plasma coating giving the reference model a certain roughness.
EFFECT: simplification of the method of manufacturing tires for vehicles.
