SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hybrid vehicles. Clutch control device for a hybrid vehicle comprises transmission torque overload capacity allocation means; drive torque command value calculating means; drive torque command value change rate calculating means and means for calculating the maximum torque overload capacity values of the second clutch. Overload capacity allocation means maximises the values of the overload capacity control command of the second clutch, when the value of the drive torque control command is equal to or less than the maximum overload capacity and increases the values of the torque overload command of the first clutch as the rate of change of the torque control command value increases, when the value of the drive torque control command exceeds the maximum torque overload capacity of the second clutch.
EFFECT: achieving acceleration performance required by the driver.
