SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Pneumatic tyre includes main grooves (12) located in shoulder of tyre tread sections (1) and passing in direction along circumference of the tyre; a plurality of ground-engaging grooves (41) passing outwardly in transverse direction of the tyre from the main grooves (12) and reaching the sidewall sections (2); and a plurality of blocks (42) separated by main grooves (12) and ground-engaging grooves (41). In such pneumatic tyre, at the outer end part in transverse direction of the tyre at least a part of ground-engaging grooves (41) of the plurality of ground-engaging grooves (41), is provided, a narrow, curved portion (50) having a groove width, which is smaller than the groove width of the other sections of the ground-engaging groove (41), and which is bent relative to longitudinal direction of the ground-engaging groove (41).
EFFECT: improvement of performance data on muddy or sandy soils, as well as snow-covered roads.
