FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to method for producing an antitumor liposomal drug for the treatment of lung carcinoma and to preparation obtained by this method. According to the proposed method, lipids, which are 1,2-dipalmitoyl-glycero-3-phosphocholine and cholesterol, taken at a molar ratio of 9:0.2, respectively, are dissolved in chloroform; then on a rotary evaporator at 56 °C form a lipid film, which is further hydrate physiological solution to obtain a hollow emulsion liposomes; after this, encapsulation of the antitumor substance, which is a monoiodoacetate, at liposomes by 11-12-fold extrusion of the emulsion of hollow liposomes together with monoiodoacetate through polycarbonate filters with a pore size of 100 nm under argon pressure at 3–10 MPa and at a temperature of 50–60 °C, wherein, molar ratio of the amount of the emulsion of the hollow liposomes and monoiodate is 3:1; after this purify liposomes from unencapsulated monoiodoacetate by dialysis.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides reduction in complications caused by cardiotoxicity of the drug and an increase in the therapeutic index.
