SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, oncology, and can be used to diagnose kraurosis vulvae in perimenopausal age women. With the help of the laser microcirculation analyzer, the microcirculation of the vascular bed of the vulva skin is recorded with the subsequent evaluation of microcirculation parameters. With an increase in the arithmetic average of the microcirculation index M 24.52 pF units, a decrease in the coefficient of variation Kv of 3.97 %, an increase in endothelial activity of 1.11 Hz, and an endothelial dependent component of the 1.28 tone kraurosis vulvae is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the accuracy of diagnosis by defining objective indicators that characterize the microcirculation of the zone of interest.
