METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING HERNIA OF ESOPHAGEAL APERTURE OF DIAPHRAGM AND FUNCTIONAL DISORDERS OF THE ESOPHAGUS USING STANDARD FOLDS IN DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHY Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61B6/02

Abstract RU 2663385 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to radiology, can be used to diagnose a hernia of the esophageal aperture of the diaphragm and accompanying functional disorders of the esophagus. Carry out a digital radiography (R-graph) in the following order: in the patient's standing position: 1-2 images – an overview R-graph of the thoracic and upper abdominal floor in a straight and side projection without contrast. 3-4 images – R-graph of thoracic and upper abdominal floor in direct and lateral projection with contrasting esophagus. 5 image – R-graph of the left lateral projection of the region of the esophageal opening of the diaphragm with the Valsalva test. In the patient's lying position: 6 image – R-graph of the esophagus lying on the back with the reception of 2-3 sips of contrast through the probe. 7 image – R-graph of the region of the esophageal aperture of the diaphragm lying on the abdomen and / or lying on the abdomen with an elevated left side at an angle of 30–45°. 8 image – R-graph of the esophagus lying on the abdomen with an elevated left side at an angle of 30–45° with Valsalva breakdown or with straining. 9 image – R-graph of the region of the esophageal aperture of the diaphragm lying on the back. 10 image – R-graph of the region of the esophageal opening of the diaphragm lying on the back, table is moved from a horizontal position to a position at an angle of 45° and 60°. 11 image – in the patient's standing position, R-graph of the region of the esophageal opening of the diaphragm in the left lateral projection.

EFFECT: method allows to reveal a hernia and associated functional disorders of the esophagus.
